Vegan Corned Beef Video Extras
For success in this recipe, it comes down to technique and texture. If you are using this recipe as a whole roast to be carved, I reccommend going ahead and using the chickpea flour and searing the roast whole, popping it in the oven (as you would any other roast) on a dry medium to high temperature until a nice crust forms. Then serve. For a fat-less fat addition, go ahead and break up some rice paper, re-hydrate and fold the pieces into your seitan along with your seasoning mix.
